What's different about Walking with Leaders?
We...
- work mainly with very senior people, Chief Executives, Directors
and their teams
- bring a very wide breadth of experience at senior level across
a variety of organisations in the private, public and voluntary
sectors
- can introduce the coaching culture into your organisation
- apply our incisive analysis to enable us to take in a huge
amount of information about your business and your organisation
in a short space of time and to connect these with current leading
edge thinking
- believe that senior people have the skills to lead their organisations
but sometimes lack time to think about their particular big issues.
Our coaching approach enables those issues to be understood in
their fullest context and specific, workable solutions to be identified
- combine powerful business analysis and 1:1 performance coaching
with quiet pause for reflection, deep thought and rediscovery
of individual vision and energy. Participants leave calmer and
in better humour - once again able to see the lighter side.
We are...
- qualified executive coaches, accredited by the University of
Strathclyde
- qualified in coaching supervision accredited by the University
of Bath
- qualified to use the MBTI instrument to Step 1
- Fellows of the Institute of Leadership and Management
- Margaret is a Fellow of the Institute of Quality Assurance
We specialise in...
- Executive 1:1 coaching - helping senior people make more powerful
and rewarding choices to benefit both individuals and their organisations
- Training groups of managers - deepening their understanding
of the skills and underlying philosophy of coaching and how to
apply this to impact organisational and individual performance
- Team coaching and facilitation
- Coaching qualifications
- Coaching supervision
- Leadership development
- Organisational strategy and development
- Organisational change management
Our programmes increase
confidence and potential. Each participant develops a reliable range
of problem solving approaches that can be used again and again.
As a result, overall effectiveness increases and stress and 'busyness'
reduces.
We are a strongly values led organisation. As part of our values-led
approach, we set aside time and resources to enable leaders in the
voluntary and educational sectors to benefit from our programmes
and coaching.
We enjoy speaking to groups about leadership and coaching topics
and will be happy to contribute to your events. Contact
us to discuss your requirements.
