Executive Coaching and Supervision

Walking with Leaders provides expert one-to-one executive coaching for senior managers and executives who need to enhance their general performance or to achieve specific objectives. Our approach is collaborative and personal, whilst always keeping a clear focus on the business need and the desired outcomes. We will always agree specific performance or programme goals for the coaching and review these with client/coachee regularly.

We work regularly with CEOs and board level executives who appreciate that coaching serves them in developing their capacity to think more clearly, challenge their assumptions and engage with issues with more clarity, rigor and vigor.

In addition to individual coaching we also provide team coaching which is a powerful way of building capacity and coherence in a team.

We also approach personal development from the coaching perspective as we have found that the clarity of thinking coaching brings helps people to recognise their development needs.

Coaching supervision is essential for all professional coaches and workplace coaches who coach on a regular basis out of the management line.
