ILM Level 7 Diploma for Professional Executive Coaches and Leadership Mentors extension

Walking with Leaders is pleased to announce the launch of our new Level 7 Diploma qualification accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management. The Diploma is run as an extension of the Level 7 Certificate so if you do not already have a coaching qualification that is the place to start.

The Diploma programme requires an extended period of coaching practice, over about 16 months, with advanced workshops and coaching supervision throughout the period. The new Diplomas are ideally suited to those who wish to gain a qualification to enable them to become professional coaches. Candidates wishing to register for the Diploma must have completed the Level 7 Certificate in coaching or demonstrate they have an equivalent level qualification, such as the EMCC Practitioner Level award. Successful candidates are eligible to apply for full membership of the Institute (MInstLM). Walking with Leaders is one of only a few centres in the country to offer this full accreditation.
