The role of performance coaching
At Walking with Leaders we use performance
coaching as an integral part of most of our leadership programmes;
leadership is based on the interactions of individuals and coaching
enables people to trancend their normal constraints. Coaching
allows people to view themselves and those about them differently,
and encourages them to focus more carefully on specific issues.
It also fosters an ability to listen... and to create personal
space, for both creative thought, and relaxation.
We are qualified performance coaches and offer 1:1 coaching to
CEOs, directors and other senior personnel. A coaching programme
typically consists of 4-6, 2-hour discussions over a period of
about six months, but is entirely flexible and tailored to your
