Walking With Leaders is pleased to announce the launch
of our new ILM Level 7 Diploma. For the first time busy senior leaders
are now able to gain a formal Diploma while experiencing the power
of applying performance coaching in the context of their day to
day leadership - without taking long periods away from the desk.
Full ILM accreditation means that you can be sure that this is a
quality programme which really will deliver.
The programme runs for 7 days over 4 months. It has
been designed to enable leaders in today's high pressure work environment
to make every conversation count. It is intensive, experiential
and in addition to the workshops will require coaching practice
at work. We have programmes running later this year.

awaydays
Increasingly Boards take 'time out' annually to consider
their governance responsibilities, forward strategy and how they
can work effectively with the executive team. We have extensive
experience of these issues and of designing and facilitating awaydays
for Boards, particularly in the Voluntary Sector.

Senior
Team coaching and facilitation
An effective Senior Team sets the tone of the organisation
and drives the achievement of effectiveness and efficiency. Yet
sometimes interpersonal misundersatanding or personality clashes
get in the way.
We work extensively with senior teams, faciitating
greater mutual understanding, assisting with strategic reviews,
communication strategies and clarification/ redesign of roles and
responsibilities. Workshops are intensive, creative and fun.
Use the Myers-Briggs personality profiling technique to help your
senior teams understand their differences and learn to work together
more effectively. It is not the personality type that is important
but recognising and appreciating the differences.
